Fortune Magazine Names Paradigm to 2025 Best Workplaces for Women™ List

Prestigious recognition exemplifies dedication to a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment

Paradigm, the industry leader in improving the lives of people with complex injuries and diagnoses, today announced that Fortune Magazine and Great Place to Work® have selected the company as a 2025 Best Workplace for Women. This is Paradigm’s first appearance on this highly selective list, demonstrating a deep commitment to building a culture for all based on continuous organizational improvement.

The Best Workplaces for Women 2025 award draws on more than 600,000 self-identified survey responses from female employees, analyzing how their demographic backgrounds and positions within the organization affect their experiences. Statements are weighted according to their relevance in building an equitable workplace for women. Companies with the broadest representation of women reporting positive workplace experiences are ranked highest on the list.

“With women making up 80 percent of the workforce here at Paradigm, we believe it is essential for our workplace culture to recognize their unique challenges and experiences as part of our broader inclusivity efforts for all employees,” said Karen Jones, Chief Human Resources Officer, Paradigm. “We’re extremely appreciative of Great Place to Work and Fortune Magazine, both for bestowing this honor on Paradigm and for promoting positive workplace environments for women everywhere.”

To be considered for this competitive list, companies must have at least 50 female employees, at least 20% female non-executive management, and at least one woman in the C-suite. Great Place to Work® then analyzes the gender balance of each workplace compared to industry data and how representation changes as women advance within the organization. Companies must also be Great Place To Work® Certified, a designation Paradigm received in April. In addition, Paradigm was recently honored by Fortune Magazine as a Best Workplace in Health Care.

“Paradigm is deeply honored by this recognition," said John S. Watts Jr., CEO, Paradigm. “We believe a supportive workplace that enables every individual to thrive is foundational to our ability to improve lives and help those we serve. It is extremely gratifying to see this commitment validated once again through such a rigorous and broadly recognized program.”

Great Place to Work® is the only company culture award in the United States that selects winning organizations based on how fairly their employees are treated. Companies are assessed on their ability to create a great employee experience across factors such as race, gender, age, and disability status.
