Prestigious recognition exemplifies dedication to a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment

The Best Workplaces for Women^™ 2025 award draws on more than 600,000 self-identified survey responses from female employees, analyzing how their demographic backgrounds and positions within the organization affect their experiences. To be considered for this competitive list, companies must have at least 50 female employees, at least 20% female non-executive management, and at least one woman in the C-suite. Companies must also be Great Place To Work^® Certified^™, a designation Paradigm received in April. In addition, Paradigm was recently honored by Fortune Magazine as a Best Workplace in Health Care.
