Kimbel will oversee the company’s financial strategy and information technology operations, reporting directly to Footprint’s Chief Executive Officer, Corey Berends.

He has led financial teams through complex restructuring efforts, closed over $70 billion in M&A and licensing transactions, and spearheaded multi-billion-dollar financial strategies for companies in sustainable consumer goods, investment management, and automotive technology.
