ZEDEDA RANKS NO. 150 ON THE 2025 INC. 5000 LIST OF AMERICA’S FASTEST-GROWING PRIVATE COMPANIES

With Three-Year Revenue Growth of 2,610%, This Marks ZEDEDA’s First Time on the List

ZEDEDA, the leader in edge orchestration, today announced it ranked No. 150 on the annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. ZEDEDA also ranked No. 11 among software companies and No. 4 in the San Jose metro area. This marks ZEDEDA's first appearance on the list, reflecting the company's exceptional growth as enterprises accelerate their edge computing deployments.

The Inc. 5000 provides a data-driven snapshot of the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses.

ZEDEDA’s inclusion in the 2025 Inc. 5000 reflects the company’s exceptional growth trajectory, fueled by major enterprise wins that demonstrate the platform’s scale and capability across industry-critical deployments. The company secured transformative partnerships with global industry leaders, including A.P. Moller - Maersk and SLB. These partnerships exemplify ZEDEDA’s ability to deliver critical edge computing infrastructure in the world’s most demanding operational environments.

“Earning our first spot on the Inc. 5000 is a testament to our team's dedication and our customers' trust,” said Said Ouissal, ZEDEDA’s CEO and founder. “This growth reflects the critical need for effortless, secure edge computing solutions as enterprises expand their distributed infrastructure and harness the explosion of edge AI to drive their core digital initiatives. By enabling organizations to deliver superior, competitive customer experience, ZEDEDA is able to provide real value for industry leaders such as Maersk and SLB."

The traction ZEDEDA is seeing underscores a market-wide transition, as edge AI rapidly moves from experimental use to core business adoption. ZEDEDA’s inaugural Edge AI Survey found that 97% of CIOs have edge AI either deployed or on their roadmaps, motivated by the transformational benefits this brings. Edge AI increases the data processing capabilities inherent in edge computing, delivering richer, real-time customer experiences, operations optimized with greater precision, and enhanced security beyond the reach of cloud-only models.

“Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision,” said Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn’t just weather the storm—they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy.”

Methodology

Companies on the 2025 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2024. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2021 is $100,000; the minimum for 2024 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
