Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”), a leading middle market private equity firm, today announced the sale of Team Car Care, LLC (“TCC” or the “Company”) to Triple JJJ Lube, Corp.

Headquartered in Irving, Texas, TCC is a market leader in the quick oil change segment of the ​“Do-It-For-Me” (DIFM) automotive aftermarket. TCC has grown to be the largest operator and franchisee of the highly recognized Jiffy Lube brand, currently operating 458 locations across 23 states.
