Center Console Screen Two-Dimensional Motion Actuator
To reduce safety hazards caused by adjusting the angle of the center console screen, ZHAOWEI's two-dimensional motion actuator for the center console screen comprises two sets of movement mechanisms, each containing a brushless motor and a three-stage gear reduction mechanism. It can achieve suspension, intelligent anti-pinch, up and down tilt, and left-right swing functions, driving the screen to stabilize towards the driver's view, aiding in accessing various information on the center console screen, thereby enhancing driving safety.
Center Console Screen Swing Actuator
With the rapid development of intelligent vehicles, the center console screen has gradually become the core of in-car intelligent control and infotainment. ZHAOWEI's center console screen swing actuator uses a DC motor, parallel transmission, and worm gear transmission to achieve deceleration and force increase, ultimately driving the main shaft of the mounted screen to rotate 15° to the left and right, orienting the screen towards the driver or passenger. Combined with voice and gesture interaction technologies, it enhances the human-vehicle interaction experience.
