Yazhou-Huangjin Finances an Early-Stage Business to Support Habitat Protection

Fujian, Fujian Sheng Jan 7, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Yazhou Huangjin, a gold exploration, and development company committed to being the gold investment that works for our shareholders, our operating partners, and our communities, is pleased to announce the funding of a new business that will re-mine and treat waste from disused mine sites in order to help rehabilitation efforts and restore natural environments.

Mine tailings, waste rock, and water will all be used in regeneration to recover valuable minerals and metals. The proceeds from the sale of these items will be reinvested to support habitat closure and restoration projects, particularly those at the legacy and former mining sites. Through the reclamation of land and the production of environmental offsets, regeneration will additionally try to develop and exchange carbon credits and biodiversity credits.
