MoneyFi Technologies Launches Datium, the World’s First AI Database to Collect Information from Healthcare Personnel and Patients with Crypto Rewards

Datium rewards users for sharing health-related information through its platform by giving them crypto rewards they can trade healthcare products and services

Blockchain technology and cryptocurrency has gained mainstream acceptance as people have embraced the idea of having to diversify their income stream, enjoy protection against inflation, escape central governing policies, and save transaction fees. Aside from these factors, cryptocurrencies are popular because they can be easily integrated into other areas of human endeavour. Because of their open-source nature and their relative independence from government regulation, cryptocurrencies can facilitate many types of transactions. One of the many areas where Blockchain technology and cryptocurrency are proving to be readily integrable is the healthcare industry.

There are several applications of blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency in healthcare. Research works have provided insights into these opportunities and healthcare startups have begun to spring up to exploit these windows. MoneyFi Technologies, a software factory company specialising in blockchain and crypto technologies, has launched Datium, which will offer a reward-based system where users can earn crypto rewards for sharing data concerning the healthcare industry. Datium is the world’s first AI database that gathers health-related information from healthcare personnel and patients alike.

Speaking about the launch of Datium, Chief Operations Officer of MoneyFi Technologies, Ignacio Alonso had this to say, “Datium is the world’s first health information tokenization ecosystem, and its mission is to generate the largest database by providing the most transparent, agile and efficient means of payment in the industry through an artificial intelligence (AI) Q&A system. All sectors within the health industry will have access to Datium and the MDCX token and all together will create the transactional marketplace.”

On Datium, healthcare professionals and patients will be provided with questions via AI chatbots and will receive the MDCX tokens for each answer they provide. Public and private organisations looking to get the information provided by users must acquire the MDCx tokens. On the user end, tokens can be used to purchase prescription drugs and other supplies from the partner providers’ network. The platform intends to build deeper connections between patients and caregivers and industry suppliers.

“We are now signing agreements with different entities, like pharmacy chains, insuretech organisations, telemedicine platforms and nutraceuticals merchants, that would adopt MDCx as a payment method,” Sebastian explained. “Ultimately, we expect to see MDCx as the mainstream trading currency in the healthcare industry.”

The MDCx token will be launched publicly on November 30, 2022 in London across international exchanges for trading. An equivalent of 1 Billion USD will be placed in MDCx and secured by a special blockchain protocol called PoS. The whitepaper is in process to be finished by the end of September, 2022.
