The Chronicles of a Mad Lab Assistant takes place around 1930, in the world of the Cthulhu Mythos as created by Howard Philip Lovecraft. It is also a world of Steampunk Technology. The main character Ed, a senior at Miskatonic University, builds an android. The android starts killing women and he has to find a way to stop her without destroying himself in the process. This is a horror story with a hint of humor added in.

Lynn McCrary grew up exposed to several cultures by living in Brazil, Liberia, as well as the US, and traveling to Europe. She is an army veteran and has been involved in groups such as The Society for Creative Anachronism and Phi Theta Kappa. She loves going to conventions and cosplaying. Lynn enjoys crafts such as needlework, video games, and role-playing games. She has three wonderful sons, two amazing cats, and currently lives in Tucson, Arizona.
