Ms. Nichols leads Qualis' human resources strategy and operations, supporting the company's mission and long-term growth objectives across its Space and Defense Systems portfolio. In her role, she oversees strategic workforce planning, policy development, compliance, onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives company-wide.
With more than 25 years of human resources experience and over two decades at Qualis, Ms. Nichols has played a critical role in supporting major contract transitions, rapid workforce growth, and multiple merger and acquisition integrations. Her leadership has helped ensure continuity, culture, and care for employees during periods of significant expansion.
"Keanna's leadership, integrity, and deep understanding of our people and our mission make her an invaluable member of the Qualis executive team," said Duke. "Her promotion reflects both her exceptional performance and the trust she has earned across the company."
Ms. Nichols also oversees Qualis' employee morale, welfare, and recreation programs and is active in the Huntsville community through her volunteer service with United Cerebral Palsy and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
