Hydrogen Utopia International PLC (LSE:HUI, AQSE:HUI, OTCQB:HUIPF) chief executive Aleksandra Binkowska speaks to Proactive's Thomas Warner after signing a letter of intent with the Mayor of the Polish city of Wałbrzych to build a new facility.
