Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings to Report First-Quarter 2007 Results on Monday, May 7

Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (AAWW) (Nasdaq: AAWW), a leading provider of global air cargo services, will release results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2007, prior to the opening of stock market trading on Monday, May 7, 2007.

William J. Flynn, AAWWs President and Chief Executive Officer, and Michael L. Barna, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call to discuss AAWWs quarterly results at 2:00 P.M. Eastern time on May 7.
