Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. Names Gregory Guillaume Vice President Financial Planning and Analysis

Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (AAWW) (Nasdaq: AAWW), a leading provider of global air cargo services, has named Gregory T. Guillaume as Vice President Financial Planning and Analysis, effective May 29, 2007.

Mr. Guillaume, 43, joins AAWW as a senior financial executive with diverse corporate leadership experience in a number of areas, including financial planning and analysis, accounting policies and reporting, budget development, customer contract management, labor matters, and tax strategy.

Since 2004, Mr. Guillaume has served as Vice President of Finance and Controller of ASTAR Air Cargo, Inc. and a member of ASTARs Executive Team. From 1989 until 2004, he served in a series of financial management positions with increasing responsibilities at US Airways Group, Inc., culminating in his role as Managing Director, Finance.

Greg brings to Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings a background well suited to appreciating the opportunities and understanding the challenges of air cargo, logistics and transportation, said Michael L. Barna, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AAWW.

He is an experienced transportation industry financial executive, with strong planning, analytical and organizational skills that make him an excellent choice to lead our planning and analysis efforts. Mr. Guillaume earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Kent State University and holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Maryland. He, his wife Pam and four children will relocate to the tri-state area.
