ProShares S&P 500 Ex-Technology ETF to Change Index

ProShares, a premier provider of ETFs, today announced that its S&P 500 Ex-Technology ETF (SPXT) will be changing its index effective on or about September 21, 2018.

The ETF’s new index, the S&P 500 Ex-Information Technology Index, is designed to provide exposure to the companies of the S&P 500 Index with the exception of those companies in the Information Technology sector.

The Fund will have the following investment objective:

  • ProShares S&P 500 Ex-Technology ETF seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the performance of the S&P 500 Ex-Information Technology Index.

No other changes are being made to the ETF at this time.
