Albuquerque aviation director takes position with Oakland International Airport

Allen, who was appointed by Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller in 2018, became the first woman to hold the title of aviation director for the city after transitioning out of her role as president and CEO at the New Mexico Technology Council.
