Hitting Performance Lab revealed their new case study today on how a 130-pound baseball hitter hit 11 consecutive pitches an average of 390-feet in the National Power Showcase Home Run Derby contest at the Texas Rangers ballpark in Arlington. This case study demonstrates that small sized baseball and softball hitters can outperform bigger hitters by focusing on doing the right things.

The case study is available at: https://hittingperformancelab.com/baseball-hitting-training/

The case study also made it obvious that a small 14 year old 5-foot, 7-inch 130-pound hitter can break the world record for most consecutive home-runs in a row at 11, while being one year younger and 50-100 pounds smaller than all the other contestants who were made up of the best hitters in the country.

Hitting Performance Lab owner Joey Myers says there are many people looking for insights and answers about how a 130-pound baseball hitter can hit 11 consecutive pitches an average of 390-feet. This case study reveals in a practical way what’s possible with the right information and guidance.

Considering the bigger hitter the smaller one beat, hit two 500 foot home runs and at the time, was 6-feet tall and weighed 217-pounds.

Interestingly, the small hitter was adopting hitting mechanics taught by the Hitting Performance Lab from his father. His father was taking online hitting program and video courses through Hitting Performance Lab two years prior. There are thousands of other hitting enthusiasts around the country implementing the same online baseball and softball hitting program principles.
