'Such a monumental day' | New veterans outreach center and tiny homes open in north St. Louis

The Veterans Community Project held a ribbon cutting Wednesday for the first phase of its St. Louis campus, which will hold an outreach center open to all veterans and a planned tiny home community for homeless veterans.
