Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. Names Raymond Sisson to Lead Aircraft Leasing Subsidiary

Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (AAWW) (Nasdaq: AAWW), a leading provider of global air cargo assets and services, has named Raymond Sisson to lead its wholly owned aircraft leasing unit, Titan Aviation Leasing, Ltd. (Titan).

Sisson, a seasoned executive with international sales, marketing, operations, finance and legal experience, joins Titan as president and chief executive officer based at Titans headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.

Sisson joins the company from GE Commercial Aviation Services (GECAS), a leader in financing and leasing commercial aircraft, engines, spare parts and simulators around the world. He was senior vice president and regional manager for GECAS in the Middle East, Africa and Russia, based in Dubai. Previously, he served GECAS as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Asia/Pacific and as vice president and legal counsel.

Prior to joining GECAS in 1995, Sisson was a corporate attorney specializing in general corporate, project, aviation finance and banking law. He is a graduate of Bucknell University and earned his law degree from Georgetown University. He has a masters degree in business administration from the University of Chicago.

Titan was incorporated in Ireland in February 2008. It is focused on the acquisition, sale, dry leasing, marketing and servicing of aircraft and related equipment.
